Your Mission:
As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic. You will work closely with teams to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve client goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns and outreach to secure high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure strategies remain effective.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and audience intent.
- Prepare detailed SEO reports to track progress, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights to clients or stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile usability, to ensure optimal website performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Familiar with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or other similar tools.
- Basic analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving SEO landscape.
