Your mission is to take<br>ownership of the existing product and infrastructure, leading its evolution into a scalable,<br>secure, and world-class enterprise solution. You will be the primary technical voice in the<br>company, partnering directly with the executive team to translate a powerful product vision<br>into a robust and reliable platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take full ownership of the platform&#8217;s codebase (Python\/Flask, PostgreSQL, GCP) and production infrastructure, ensuring its health, security, and scalability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the day-to-day software development lifecycle, managing the product backlog and translating strategic goals into well-architected technical solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as the primary technical leader and mentor, performing code reviews and establishing the engineering culture for our future team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and mentor a lean, high-performance engineering team, managing the day-to-day development lifecycle and fostering a culture of quality, speed, and innovation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make critical, hands-on architectural decisions that will shape the future of the platform, balancing the need for speed with the discipline of building for the long-term.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Full-Stack Engineer in a <strong>product-led B2B SaaS company<\/strong>. You have lived the journey from MVP to a scaled, monetized product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep, hands-on expertise with a modern web framework (Python\/Flask\/Django preferred) and a major cloud provider (GCP preferred, AWS\/Azure acceptable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>customer-obsessed and product-oriented mindset<\/strong>. You are a pragmatist who can translate user needs and business goals into robust, elegant technical solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrable experience managing production systems, including deployment, monitoring, and incident response. You have the &#8220;scar tissue&#8221; from keeping a real-world SaaS application alive and healthy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Crucially<\/strong>: An open, curious, and experimental mindset.
