Day 3
Well, I got on the scale today, and I weighed... the same.
It's not like I plan on losing 3 pounds every day, because that just wouldn't be healthy (nice though.) But you know, a pound every other day? I don't think that's unreasonable. But I do have to remember, I am trying to design a diet that includes drinking beer. So I feel like it is my responsibility to drink beer, so that I can find the diet where other people can... it's not just a experiment, it's a calling... a gift to the world.
Or just an excuse to drink beer.
Nah, I don't need an excuse. I was 232 on the scale this morning, which after a 6pack last night at least isn't gaining. Breakfast, 2 cups of chili for lunch, and salad and grilled chicken for dinner, plus the 6 (3 Full Sail Ale, 3 Bud Light.) But whats done is done. Now my goal is just not to gain weight this weekend, cause I know I'm going to eat like a carbavore at my "big game" party. (See? No trademark infringement here.) We'll see how I did on Monday.
